Abstract:
WP5 involves the establishment of a centralized data warehouse, serving as a repository for the organized storage of comprehensive genetic and clinical data, facilitating efficient retrieval and accessibility.
Concurrently, data visualization techniques are employed to create graphical representations and charts, serving as visual aids to elucidate complex data relationships and enhance comprehension of the interplay between genes and patient health.
Tasks:
- Create a central Data Warehouse for storing processed genomic and clinical data.
- Adapt existing data tools like R2 and EPISTEME to use a common API for data analysis and visualization.
- Develop a unified API for easy and secure access to aggregated data.
- Collaborate with other data tools to broaden the exploration of the rich dataset.
- Stay open to integrating new data types and technologies as they emerge in the future.
