Abstract:

Work Package 1 is responsible for organizing and coordinating the overall operations of the consortium. We manage logistics relating to the activities of the consortium and facilitate communication among work packages. WP1 monitors the overall project budget, administrates the subcontracts and coordinates communication with the funders. Additionally, the management team is responsible for tracking and coordinating data access requests, as well as for establishing a communications strategy for the presentation of the project and its output to the research community.

Tasks:

• Overall coordination of the project (Organization of meetings, communication with project partners, monitoring project progression)
• Handling of subcontracts and budgets 
• Engagement with the foundation and public communication 
• Organization of data access management
• Interface with industry via ITCC
