Abstract:

Work package 3 aims to establish a federated and harmonized bioinformatics pipeline and annotation processes to create a uniformly processed dataset from the individual precision oncology (PrecOnc) programs. An additional goal is the establishment of extract-transform-load (ETL) pipelines to automatically update the secure processed data repository and the aggregated ‘user-ready’ data being developed for use in WP5 in a timely manner.

Tasks:

• Assessment of existing bioinformatics pipelines at all participating sites
• Develop a harmonized consensus pipeline that is containerized and transferrable amongst all sites
• Establishing a pipeline validation procedure/quality management for accreditation purposes
