Abstract: 

WP4 is responsible for a harmonized clinical data model (CDM) and to provide a secure data exchange for the CDM in a federated data access infrastructure. This also covers legal and ethical requirements as well as data linkage via pseudonymization.

Tasks: 

• Harmonization of clinical data based on used CRFs and definition of a common FHIR data model.
• Design and implement a pseudonymization process to enable linkage between clinical and genomic data.
• Design an API for Secure Data Exchange enabling uploads, downloads and synchronization between the federated and central components.
• Develop and provide storage infrastructure.
• Provide a Local Node infrastructure for clinical data storage and exchange in combination with Operation and Sustainability.
